Overview
Bough partnered with WBD (a wordsmith and e-commerce expert) to transform the UI and UX for Regroup Coffee + Bicycles. This unique destination combines speciality coffee with premium cycling services in Southwest Arizona. The project aimed to enhance the website's visual appeal and create an intuitive, engaging experience that resonates with Regroup's distinctive brand.
We started by thoroughly mapping user journeys and identifying visitors' critical paths when exploring Regroup's offerings. This foundational step enabled us to design a seamless content architecture that supports easy navigation and logical content flow, ensuring users can effortlessly find what they want.
Next, we focused on developing and expanding existing brand elements. Bough created a modern typographic style (Graphik Condensed by Commercial Type and Matter by Displaay Type Foundry) and a fresh colour palette, chosen to convey the spirit of Regroup: vibrant, bold, and community-oriented. This visual system was applied throughout the site, creating a cohesive and inviting aesthetic that reflects Regroup's high-quality boutique atmosphere.
To boost user engagement, we integrated interactive elements that encourage exploration, such as dynamic menus, engaging product showcases, and optimised mobile layouts to enhance accessibility across all devices.
The result is a website that captures the essence of Regroup's unique coffee and cycling culture and provides a frictionless experience that draws users in and encourages more profound engagement with the brand.
