Women in the Bike Industry Summit
Overview
When DMBinS first approached Bough about creating the branding for the Summit, we committed to prioritising diversity and inclusion in our hiring process. We pledged to engage a junior freelance female designer if we were awarded the project to provide an opportunity for a talented female designer to gain valuable experience in the industry. Furthermore, we aimed to share our expertise and help her produce work to the standard we strive for.
After carefully observing Molly Paterson's impressive portfolio and learning of her passion for mountain biking, we were convinced she was the ideal candidate to spearhead the brand's design. The final result not only met but exceeded our expectations, and we are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with Molly in developing the visual identity for the Summit.
